Testing Waters: 92 Calypso Coupe 67k miles

My thoughts on this was to buy this car and tear it apart and make it either an 8.5 car or run the Stock Coyote class. Adding a Coyote motor would be pretty badass. I just don't know if I can bring myself to tear into this car.

It's all original and It's almost to damn nice to touch. It hasn't seen snow or rain. This is a pretty awesome ride. This is the nicest fox I have ever had. So, basically I might just look into trading this for a semi built Fox Body car. I'm open to all trades.

Just send me pics or offers of what you have.I'm not going to put a cash price on this at this point. I know what I paid for it, I know what I have in it, and I know what it's worth.


67k miles, calypso green with clear coat, always garaged and never driven in winter. Just drove it to work and for pleasure which kept the miles low.

motor factory stock other than few items below, factory 3.08 gears
Grey sport cloth interior (the gt interior/seats).

full power group, A/C (has dried out) but is still mechanically intact.
put an aftermarket stereo head unit so he could use CD’s.

The few mods were cat back exhaust, Cobra roller rockers and after market valve covers (ford dress up kit if I remember right). Motorsport lowering springs. Steel braided break lines, steeda upper and lower control arms, steeda HD sway bar, Steeda HD break kit. Smoked 6-piece Headlights just added.


Never been down the 1/4 and generally been treated like a princess.

The car is awesome. Interior is near flawless. Never seen snow. Only driven between April and Aug. Has been garaged all it's life. Runs like a brand new car.

What kind of trade are you looking for? I have a 2002 Ranger Edge 4x4 4.0 5 spd with a few mods: cold air, hurst shifter and a gibson catback. 61k miles.

As far as the new coupe its getting put away with my 89 Tropical yellow car for sunny days and going back to 100% stock. So now im left with the decision to keep my blown 94 or build my titanium frost 90 hatch lx i have. Decisions Decisions lol.
