87 mustang gt

I am pretty new to the site and am on the tail end of the re-build of my 87 mustang gt but I thought I would share it.This is the before picture:

Since then I spun the thrust bearing (somehow) and decided to step it up a bit from a 306 with a d2 procharger to a 347 stroker. It has canfield heads and now a pretty big solid roller bullet camshaft. It has a c4 tranny and we loosened up the converter for this year as well. Had a lot of tuning issues with it last year and was only running in the 6.60's(either a bad launch then comes alive or good launch and then lackluster end) If it would have worked all the same at the same time would have been in the 6.30's but it never happened. I am in the process of switching from a pms tuner to the Holley hp efi and going to use e 85 for the fuel. I am shooting for the 5.80's range. I had some airbrush work done to the car to set it off and make it different from all the other mustangs out there.

I am going to goto S&W to get it tuned after wiring up the new system.

it sounds pretty healthy just idling and wraps up pretty quick at the blip of the throttle. I have to get some new mufflers. Been thinking about just using some slip on to the headers with turndown style straight through mufflers. Right now it has a 3 1/2" x pipe and hooker mufflers and turndowns at the rear-end. They will just go in the large stack of "for sale" parts that came off the car. I installed the new 1400cc injectors yesterday and when the new filter shows up I'll put it in and have that part taken care of.

previous owner may have had it there years and years ago...sat almost 10 yrs before I got it. I bought it in Parkersburg west virginia last year (should be clean...only got like 20k on odomoter)
