I always just use the teflon paste can't remember the name but it is in a white tube with blue writing on it.

I usually use teflon tape or black permatex

Got it thanks guys my aluminum head studs are on :) tom push rods , 1.7 rockers , lower intake mani. Valve covers. Anyone know where to get upper intake bolts for gt40
