I just bought headlights and foglights from this guy on ebay. He ships out VERY fast and is the cheapest anywhere. $32 bucks shipped for a set, comes with a 2 year warranty.

I bought a kit from Retrosolutions. I bought them several years ago and haven't had any problems with them. Lifetime warranty.

I have bought the kits like chris 91 got and haven't had any problems. If you buy the bi-zenon they are a little more but still probably the cheapest around and they do fine really. Usually if something goes wrong with it, it happens as soon as you install it and by that time it isn't too late to get the situation fixed.
