We are doing a cam swap in a 2000 Gt and needs cam gears, bolts, washers, and spacers from a Romeo to do this. If anyone near Dayton or Cinci area has these let me know. Thanks.

Nobody has done a PI head swap??? I would think the spacers and bolts would work from the NON PI cams..

do you need 10mm or 12mm bolts? I have plenty of gear sets and spacers and 12mm bolts.

Alan I will have to get back with you, they will be going on Comp Cams stage 2. I will look tomorrow. We are going to try and do the swap this weekend. I also bought the Trick Flow VS tool from Summit, it is a tiny little thing. Thanks.

Not degreeing them, I don't have all the stuff needed. It says it is not a must but a good idea to do.

The bolts needed are the 12mm bolts.

I have the parts you need, going to a stageII cam and not degreeing seems liek a gamble to me. If you have the motor out of the car I can help you degree it. Either way the gears, spacers and bolts I think $20 will be fair.

I think they need degreed also, but never done it and don't have the stuff. The motor is still in the car, we are going to tear it down this weekend. If you want to help degree the cams, how much will you charge for your time, work and drive to wilmington? We hope to be putting it back together on Sunday if all goes well. I will PM you my number and you can give me a price. I will tell him about the bolts, spacers and washers. Thanks again Alan.

Well I tried PM'ing you but it is full. 937-527-8142. Thanks.

The problem is the way I do it I need access to the flywheel for accurate calculation of TDC. Doing it in the car is difficult because there is no easy way to mark TDC. PM me and I will try to explain a bit.
