F/S 1998 Explorer/Mountaineer Motor w/ Head Work Completed

I have a 1998 Mountaineer motor w/ 80k miles that I purchased to put in my '88 project car. Well I am no longer in need of this motor currently, so I thought I would offer it up here.

The heads are GT40P's and have a brand new Trick Flow spring kit installed. The heads were also decked a .10 and a five angle valve job was done by Mike at Dayton 5.0.

For the complete motor (pan to intake) with the heads the price is $850 firm

I also have a brand new set of Crane 1.7 RR that I will sell with the motor for the price I paid...$240 I will only sell these with the motor or after the motor sells.

Currently the heads are off the motor so you can check to see the cylinder walls and how nice they are.

Prices are firm, and I will not separate the heads from the motor, and I am not interested in any trades.

Also this is the motor as it came out of the Mountaineer with the exception of the head work and the lower intake being tapped for a sensor. You will need the timing cover, oil pan, and other related parts to drop into a Mustang.

Also if someone would just want the short block (No heads or intake.) I would be willing to sell it for $200.

$665...that is what I have in them. (Figuring the going rate for a set of P heads not finished is $200)

They have a 5 angle valve job and were resurfaced being decked .010". The heads were also hot tanked and had all new Trick Flow vavle kit installed.

I would sell them for exactly $665 and nothing less. Heads do not take up much room and I am sure I will own something these can go on one day.
