Here are some pics of a very cool customers car my uncles just recently finished. It was actually going to go to SEMA back in November but with only 8 weeks to build it it just wasn't theisable. My uncles wouldn't sacrifice quality to meet such a short deadline. It was scheduled to be the Thrush mufflers display car. So now a few months later it is finally done. Here are some specs:
1970 Road Runner Convertible ( W/ all Superbird attire )
426 Hemi Crate engine with dual throttle body Fast fuel injection
Viper 6 speed
3.54 Sure Grip
13" Wilwood brakes
Custom built Thrush exhaust
Power everything with air conditioning but Radio delete!

The owner is a local car collector who always had a vision for a Superbird convertible all blacked out with a houndstooth interior and a Hemi....... So he had it built! This was a full rotisserie, nuts and bolts restoration. The bottom is finished to OEM specs with the addition of intigrated frame connectors. It will be on the Power Tour this year for the Long Haul. It made its show debut this weekend at an all Mopar show in Indy and was an absolute Photo whore all weekend! Here are a few crappy pics from my phone. A little before shot also. I will update with better pictures later on!

The white interior is amazing in person. Its honestly my favorite part of the car. Being triple black would of looked sinister, but the pearly white is just classy.

Car turned out great. Nice to hear of people still taking pride in their quality of work. You guys gave respect to that hot rod by focusing on the automobile and not the deadline. :bigthumb

Thanks everybody. My uncles have the motto that every car that leaves our shop basically has their signature down the side of it. So there name will not be associated with mediocre work because everybody knows who did it !

A couple shots before I pulled it back in the trailer today. The EZ EFI still needs some tweaking but it has some great throttle response. Its just running a little fat. It is going to be one hell of a nice cruiser.

Well, sorta like an original-appearing car, you know what I mean? Unsuspecting... but yeah... 4ft wing and nose-cone... definitely a badass
