I'll be doing a project soon in my Lincoln, and will need a longer dipstick and tube....

What vehicles w/ a 4.6 had longer dipsticks than Cobras and Mark Viii's, but will work w/ a 4V motor?

F150?

What I am doing is installing cobra manifolds on my lincoln, but the stock dipstick tube won't clear the same path and when bent... become too short... 03 cobra dipsticks hit the Mark Viii motor mounts....

I think Lokar makes a longer version you can cut down. you could also rebend the old one to the back of the head or something

Looks like they only offer one for a 2V? What's the difference?

probably just the mount it has. the insert should be the same into the block. call up Lokar and ask them about it.
