Call Reid @ Work turbochargers. Have him set you up with a billet wheel with the batmowheel ... Bad ass units.

Give Reed a call or shoot him a email anyway to see what he has anyway. Your really pushing the size limits of a single t4 flange turbo with a 88. Anyway you can swap to a t6 flange? I'm running a $650 BW S475 75mm turbo on my car right now....they work.

The more I read about these BW turbos, the more i'm liking them...I'm am not impressed AT ALL with the reliability of the PT88 i had...
I know it sounds like I'm being difficult but I'd really not like to switch to a T6 right now...just want to get something that fits what i have now so i can enjoy it for a little while...just really tired of throwing money at this and getting ZERO enjoyment out of it.
There are a few that i'd consider right now...s380, GT88, s480...just want a 4" vband exhaust and a 3" cold side at this point!

As far as buying "good shit" i like to think i get decent parts for what the car is...a street car...not trying to break any records here, just want a car that is somewhat fast without spending my entire salary...

reed will do a s375 borg warner, standard cover, standard 83mm exhaust wheel with a 1.10 or 1.25 T4 exhaust housing, 4'' dp flange for around $1000

yes, you can only go to 80mm with standard housing, or 83mm with race cover in the s400sx3 stuff. Race cover adds $350-400, then wheel upgrade is a few hundred, then the 83mm exhaust wheel is choking a 80mm comp wheel, so you need to move up to the 87mm or 92mm exhaust wheel. All that drives the price up once again to the $1600 mark. iIf you are just wanting to get a turbo back on the car, i suggest calling jose@FI and getting his budget 88mm, its around $1200.

I have an s480 on our car and it made great power. The car on a 415cu.in. small block spinning and makin no boost til the 1/8th and on 12psi with a 1.98 60ft on a real soft tune the car went 10.43 @ 143...lol. it only went 105 in the 1/8th. So it worked just fine. And we got it with the race cover for 1100...
