in order to put an aftermarket bov in my v1 set up..

i want to put a loud aftermarket bov in my vortec v1 system. i believe i can do this but dont know 1-what i need exactly, and 2- how exactly to do it. does anybody have any knoledge and input that will help to achieve this? im still learning about this whole supercharger thing..

Not 100% but I believe that if you put a blow off on it, the car will act weird due to the metered air not reaching the cylinders. If your running a mass air system that is.

Sc systems only use their relief valvee when your letting off throttle. To redirect the boost so. Dont have surge from tge forced air trying to go through the now cclossed tb blade. As kev said it reuses the already metered air and doesn't vent to atmosphere like a turbo

You would have to have it setup as a blow threw mass air setup and the blowoff before the MAF.
