Spherical Bushings

I'm looking for feedback on spherical bushing for my new 8.8 install.

i need to replace the bushings on my 00 gt's rear end,the ones at the very top of the center section.
what i need to know is do i have to have them pressed in or can i knock em out and put them in myself with-out any special tools.

this is my daughter's daily driver so just looking to go back with stock replacement.

Tony, they can be knocked out. Drill a bunch of small holes around the tube, in the center of the bushing. WD40, Wd40, WD40....! It will take some work to get them out. Put the new bushings in the freezer, overnight and they will practically fall in.

i always drill the rubber out like said then take a sawall and cut thru the metal sleve and the will knock rt out.
