frame rail repair

my car has a llittle rust on the frame rails and i wanting to fix it...i remember seeing a thread on here that someone posted about doing this but i cannot find it....also if anyone on here has done it, what metal did you use and/or is there somewhere i can find new rails?

thats the exact one! haha thanks brian....wonder what he would charge to do my rails...i gotta guy that will do them and do a great job but those do look really good

Yeah, Mine were gone. Rusted through. Replaced them with 2"x3" steel tube. Worked out well, and strong!!!
