Well I guess I'm attempting these myself tomorrow.

They are maximum motorsports going on an 87 vert.

Any tips, tricks or suggestions?

Car needs to sit on its on weight, on the wheels. Not on jackstands.

Might cause your doors to close funny when you're done :)

That is the most important part. You will like the improvement when you are done.

i did my own on my 97 vert, simple job, i jacked the doors up just a bit to make sure they didnt dorp any in the future, truth i didn't really see a difference, but i never fly around turns anyway :p mine where maximum motorsports weld on with seat brackets

I can use 4 jackstands right? To simulate it sitting on its wheels...

Shouldn't the doors close the same as long as it is done right?

yea doors well close fine, i just added a bit of pressure to the bottom of the doors with a jack for the future when the door start dropping
