We did not have it:( E20 changed my price to a "open event", because of the size of the event. The price they quoted me was through the roof.

So what I am going to do is set up a meeting to see what this "open event" pricing means, and plan a event for next spring. That way I have the rest of the year to plan the event so that we all have a great time. IT WILL HAPPEN next spring. I am also going to see if Thorn Hill would rent their track for the day and maybe get special permission from the town to let them be open on a Sunday, since they can only be open on Saturday. I still need to look into this though.

I will make sure this happens and we all get to have a great time and enjoy a day of racing with friends and family. Believe me, my son is pretty sad that we are not having "race day", but I just need more time get it all worked out.

Hey! I need a "GRAND MARSHALL" of the Fall Streetcar Shootout if he is available! Duties will be to make sure ALL participants get an official 2012 SCS Sticker, make sure they are signed in, he also might have to pose with some Hooter girls AND he will help drive me around in the official SCS Golf cart while we are at the track!!:bigthumb

All I have to say, is I hope it is dry on that day, because if the are any puddles, he will have to drive through them with the SCS Cart. You should see what his little go cart looks like.:rolleyes:
