5.4 engine

I am looking at a mustang that has a brand new 5.4 crate motor from ford. Anyone know how to identify which one it is. Also, I want to identify what heads are on it. Trying to figure out horsepower. Thanks for the help.

Thanks, thats what I was thinking. It looks like it has the 4.6 intake adapters. The guy said its been bored out and the heads ported and polished but if I had a dime for everytime I have heard that one I would be rich! But it should be a great motor to put a blower on.

I think hps is the only one that makes an intake and is the intake plastic?

Yeah hps is the only maker I have seen. Right now it has adapters and a plastic 4.6 intake(stock I think). I will probably sell those adapters on ebay and put it towards an hps since is performs much better than the stocker.
