Okay so I need to replace the Throwout Bearing while I have this thing apart. What are you guys out there running? I have a Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch going in it. Dont want to replace it then have it screaming again in 5k miles. Would rather spend the money on a good one now and not have to worry about it for a long time.

I was told that the Ford Racing TOB is the best. I put it in mine when I put my spec3 clutch in and havent had any problems. Make sure you check your TOB sleeve.
