I'm phucked out of my medical pay for 2 weeks (had my gallbladder taken out on the 8th). The money I had to go and buy a roller is gone because the "worker from a less fortunate country" put down the wrong contact information for my surgeon so they could verify my condition. Now it is outside of the initial claim window so I am out 16 Benjamins and that might not cover everything because it's our big bill week.

They have the claim date you initiated, you have the correct information. It should be obvious when they look at it that he/she fatfingered the keyboard. Are you not allowed to contact them and make them aware of the screw up? BTW I do belive that you can request to speak to someone else or someone above them that you can "better understand" and is capable of better assisting you. Good luck.
