98 gt 4.6 v8, 5-speed with a warped passenger side head. The car is in good shape, only rust is a little bubble on the door. Top end of motor was taken apart. Mill the heads and get gaskets and put back together and your good, was just taken apart. $1000 FIRM!!! for everything...CAR IN LOCATED IN ADA, OHIO 45810

I have a complete motor from a 98 in my garage. it had a knock coming from the bottom end, but you could use the heads off of it.

I'd personally do a PI swap if you're going to go to the trouble, but I'll leave this here regardless.
