Anybody have a tool to do this? I'm getting ready to slap my engine back together and want to make sure my spring rates are not too high.

if there's a shop that does your machine work or anything they'll have one they'll let you use........ it's just a spring compressor with a pressure gauge on it. The shop i use in eastgate checked mine for me

valve springs installed or not installed? 2v, 4v, or pushrod?

installed, small block Chevrolet. I suppose I could uninstall them if necessary.
