Well i went to get some breakfast this morning and on the way home POP! I was able to coast into my drive way. This fucking sucks. This was a new cable with only 2500 miles on it. Now im buying a new one again.
Any thoughts on which cable to buy? I have a King Cobra clutch with a steeda qaud and adjuster....

I had this problem with mine. My solution was to make sure the cable wasn't on the exhaust getting hot and when I bought one cable I bought another one to keep in the trunk so I could fix it when it broke again

Well no parts store have a replacement cable so I think I'm going to order a adjustable one. Any thoughts on a good one?

The old (new) cable was a auto zone part. The cable it self didn't brake the cheap plastic lip by the adjuster broke. Goes to show you, you get what you pay for. The cable I got from Rick was a Ford cable and you could see the diff.
I did order a Steeda adustable cable but it very easy to swap it out and have a spare.
On a different note. It's very cool to know we can use this site to help each other out. Once again Stangbangerz (this time Rick) has helped me out. I owe alot of people on here a thank you and a beer.
