I have a friend that is having this problem here. Any help would be great.

When I have my sound system turned on, I keep getting some kind of "verbal" "commercials" through my sound system while surfing and FBing, etc. It also plays while I am listening to music etc. on line.
Question: How do I delete this background stuff ??? Any ideas ???

It is a virus/adware/malware... uninstall anything recently installed. running anti programs might work but these new problems suck. My computer was doing that, I kept ignoring it, now it won't run and needs professional service. Tell him good luck.

malwarebytes.com free down load. excellent remover of malware. Also spybot which is also good to run. I have both and they are free downloads. I also have ESET antivirus software as well. Never heard of this Steve, but have him do as John states then download the free versions of at least malwarebytes and then update it before running. Also there is another devicew out there that is very good for cleaning up the registry where lots of crap will hand even after being uninstalled. It's called ccleaner (yes ccleaner). It is also a free download. Run the registry cleaner. Then before it cleans out everything it has found say yes to the backup prompt in the event it removes things that are still needed. This only happened to me once on company laptop (they usd this as well). If all of this doesn't work I am exhausted. Good luck.

Lots of sites nowadays have video ads.... I don't think its truely a virus. Photobucket has them, youtube has them, and I think even facebook.

You would have to hear it. Google it up Jesse the shit sucks... first time my computer did it I thought I was losing it!

The sites Chad mentioned are legit. They didn't mess my paperweight up more, but sadly didn't help.

Microtrend housecall is great also but since scan is done from their site some programs and viruses can block it from scanning i saved many the computers i built from being formatted from that site

Office has a great free utility program you can download. It's called Office Depot PC Support.

Are you using a wireless router? Try direct connect and see if that fixes it.

Ctrl/Alt/Delete, look under processes for something that doesn't belong there and end process.
