What lower intake do these intakes use? I think I am going to buy one and I haven't been able to find a definitive answer. I found one crappy picture that looked liked the ports were rectangular and inline but I also saw a post on Corral that said it was a truck / Systemax lower. Any info would be appreciated. Here is a picture of the upper in question. Thanks

302 truck efi lower or Holley Systemax lower. Better off just buying a complete systemax intake as the upper distributes air to the runners better. Running a stock truck lower w/ saleen upper wouldnt be much of an uprade over a stock 5.0 intake really.

Thats exactly why I want one. I will get it extrude honed or port matched to the heads and everything. I just want something not many people have.

Fox lake ports the truck lower pretty cheap, after it's ported the truck lower will outflow the systemmaxx by about 40cfm, porting is $150/200 ish, a stock truck lower is around $20/30.

I actually have a truck lower with a 1" spacer and all that. He has the matched lower to go with it also. Both are untouched. Fox Lake is definitely an option. I could get my heads from them and have everything matched up. This intake with AFR's and an Anderson cam should be a decent little set up on the street. Just need to decide what I'm doing on the short block now.
