I am selling this car for a friend of mine. Its a great little car if you like convertibles.
I am wanting to sell my 1988 Mustang. I have owned this car for over 10 years and it has been a great car. It is a factory 5.0 5-speed with 62,000 original miles. The engine runs like a sewing machine. It does have Underdrive pullies , BBK headers , Off-Road H-pipe, Flowmaster Catback, adjustable fuel pressure regulator and 3.73 gears. It is a peppy, fun little car to drive. The transmission shifts amazing. I also put Chrome 17x9 Y2K Cobra wheels on it with Nitto 245-45/17s all the way around. They are still in good shape. The exterior of the car is in good shape but will need painted at some point. It has the typical faded , checked red paint. It was freshly detailed in the pictures. It has faded down since then! The body is rust free with minimal door dings. It would be very easy to slick up for fresh paint. Strut towers , floor boards and torque boxes are very nice. This car had a Rebuilt Ohio title when I bought it in 2001. It had front end damage in late 90s from what the previous owner said. The interior is probably one of the nicest you will find in any Fox Mustang. It is gray leather and in very nice condition.No rips or tears or the typical cracking. All the plastic is in great shape too. I also replaced the top a few years ago and put a set of ultra clear headlights in it. This is a very solid daily driver or a good project/ Toy for somebody. I really hate to part with the car , but I really just don't have time to enjoy it. $3500 OBO I would possibly sell it with the stock 10 hole wheels on it too if someone wanted it that way for less money.
