87-93 rear seats in 82

Can any of you tell me what I need to do to fit 87-93 rear bottom seats in a 82 mustang. I just picked up a set of black seats for my car. I konw the front seat bolt up.

I tried to post the front seats but cant, the seats are in great shape and I have 80 bones in all.

depends on year 90 and up or 89 and down?

How do I tell which year, they look simliar to a 93 on the bottom. There are two metal bars that run front to back. I guess I could also just take the cover off and put it on the 82 foam.

you will have to find the two metal bars that mount to the floor for the bottom and mount them or change the covers on the bottom then the top two pieces should bolt right in

no problem i just put 90 seats in my 87

Do you have an extra set of the seat brackets? I have the sides for the top. Need the top center and the bottom two for the lower seat.
