Car is SN95, has tubular k-member with spring perches. Right now it has Tokico Blues with Eibach Pro Kit. I know this set up will be horrible for the track. What would a decent street/strip budget suspension package consist of? I do not want to go coil over since I have the spring perches. I have seen a lot of used Lakewood shocks and struts lately, opinions? Thanks

Id say so you get some weight transfer, put stock coils on it, maybe cut a half of a coil just to bring it down a smidge so it looks good on the street, and run an adjustable shock/strut. Something like a Strange. Of course depending on how much more street than strip you want it.... you could keep your sway bar and just disconnect it when at the track, that way you can crank the shocks/struts up on them and still take a corner on the street...
