With the new crazy work schedule Ford put most of us on, I can only do every other weekend now... 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on , 3 days off, 12 hour days.. that weekend I work sat, sun, mon. 2 shifts now, Either 5am to 5pm, or 5pm to 5am. first 10 hrs straight time, next 2 are 1.5x for overtime.. Same pay on weekends. 36 hrs one week, 48 the next. Ford claims it helps production numbers.. oh, and if ya take a vacation DAY, it is 12 hrs. Hate it but its a job...

Supposed to be a great day Sunday. Weather will be clear and Sunny. Will be late but will be there.
