Just curious, I may need one and I wanted to see what's out there for a custom application. Auto or 5 speed doesn't matter.

The Quicktimeis the most compact I've seen.

Quicktime. The JW C4 bell is pretty hefty, especially around the edges.

Mustang II 4-speed bellhousing.... but not really sure that would do you any good. Alternately older 60's bellhousings were pretty small, in comparrison. If you're putting a T5 behind it you'll need the bellhousing to trans adapter plate. There are kits out there.

I only need a bellhousing to cover the flexplate, not worried about its durability. It's for my boat project.

Got ya. So I would think a V8 Mustang II bellhousing would be your best bet, however the flywheels were also small, and 28oz balance. Not sure if your engine is though.

Sounds perfect, my 408 is a 28oz. Now the next question is where to find one of those, lol.

Although I googled the automatic bellhousing and it appears shallower if that's another aspect you need.

I'm on a Mustang II forum. I will ask to see if anyone has one.

I'll stop by tmrw and show you this thing called "Google", it's an old Indian term, but it has some amazing possibilities....

The c4 mustang II bellhousings are very small. Smaller than any manual I have ever seen. They use a 10 inch converter I doubt a clutch that size would be very good unless multiplate so I would say that is the smallest but very rare.
