My car would be a good candidate for your swap. There would be some value you could recover in take off parts to gain dollars for your swap. My car has a GT-40 302 with T-Moss ported Tubular intake, Lingenfelter Ported GT-40X, Anderson B-31, Pro Motion T-5, 4:10 gear, team Z k member, and all the associated goodies.
