Local 3550 builder

Need to find someone local to fix my 3550. Grinds every time going into 4th. If im in 5th the only way to down shift is to slow down enough to get into 1st. Sometimes it will let me go into 2nd then back up to 3rd. If i try to go into 3rd its like pushing against a wall. Not looking to spend a arm and a leg to fix it. If time willing id like to see/help. Maybe i can learn something. If not no biggie. I live in NKY. So the closer the better. LMK who u all recommend. Thx friends
