Bad:
Kickstart gear was stripped, and instead of ripping the motor apart to replace the jackshaft, Drilled a hole, and put a blot through both the arm and the shaft.

LOUD AS HELL (i don't really mind it, neighbors do)
Tires have some dryrot, but hold air fine, and havent shown any abnormal wear or anything.
