These will fit all 96-04 Cobra's and Mach 1s with a manual transmission. (6-98s will have to delete the SAI system. They were coated by Swain: http://swaintech.com/race-coatings/automotive-coatings/ They also have merge collectors of the correct diameter for a small cubic inch engine unlike those on most other headers.

The catalytic converters are removeable.
