Hey all,
I am looking at a Ford Racing GT500 Throttle Body Upgrade Kit (http://www.americanmuscle.com/gt500-tb-kit-0510gt.html). Does anyone have any experience with this part? One question I have in particular is this: I have the Ford Racing Intake Manifold (http://www.americanmuscle.com/ford-racing-intake-manifold.html) and will be putting on an Airaid Race Cold Air Intake (http://www.americanmuscle.com/airaid-racecai-0509gt.html). Currently, I have a K&N intake.
American Muscle tells me that the Airaid Race CAI will fit on the throttle body, but some of the comments on the part itself says that it may take some modification to make it fit. Im also hoping to get Blake's input on this at Cincy Speed, as well as if he feels confident that he can make the appropriate modifications to make it fit if they are indeed necessary. If he doesn't see this could someone please send it his way (I dont know his user name on here)? If it doesn't fit im perfectly cool with getting a smaller throttle body that is still considered an upgrade. Just wanted to check with you all and see what your input is.
