Wilson Manifold NOS plate

Currently have the Wilson Manifold 4150 square flange plate w/ discharge panels.
Question is, should this be flowed or is it even worth it?
How much can you get out of it that Wilson Manifolds hasn't already?
Does anyone know Kevin Neal, I hear he does this?
