Oh good lord...I think everyone realizes how the gas prices are configured and work. What are you going to do about it? Fill up today so you don't have to next week or whatever? Still giving them money either way. I appreciate your care for our money, but 10 threads on this subject aren't really needed.

I'm not saying I have enough money to not care, believe me, that's not the case. I'm just saying, post in one of your other threads and bring it back up instead of making a new one everytime gas stations change their prices. I filled up today for $28, just for you.

.30 cent x 24 gallon would save 7.20 $. It's not worth my time to go out of my way to save 7 $. If the don't get you on this price hike they will on the next one.

It's pretty easy not to click on a thread, but instead you guys will take the time to click on the thread, write a paragraph of nothing but crying cause someone is trying to save you all money?. Come the fuck on! Bunch of fukn cry baby's. If you can clearly understand what a thread is about by its title, and don't want to read it, move the fuck on to the next one!

Think what you want, but if I were to start a thread everyday to tell the guys here the sun was going down that night, or something obvious, or has been covered 1000 times, people would bitch at me too. I know the public forums work both ways, but there's no need for 65 threads on the same shit that everyone knows.

Aaron, some of us use approx $200 a week in gas so a 25% increase in gas prices DOES effect us a lot more than others.

Gas went from 2.39 base to 2.99 base before the .60 in taxes and fees.

I spend between $9k and $12k a year on gas, you might not be effected so much.

Several are predicting that with the current/near future release of Iraq oil (referred to recently as 'cheap oil' due to price and avail.)which has been under embargo until recently and the vast improvement in refining technology plus the new found oil in the Dakotas that we will be seeing a mass drop in energy prices over the next few years. Improvements in engine efficiency from cars to jet engines have also aided in this forecast. Only time, and speculators will tell however. Guess it all depends on the reality of these claims as well as how much of a strangle hold people in power can place on the oil business, as well as how greedy they determine to be. This includes EPA, speculators, oil distributors, investors, refiners, etc. Add to that risk of tax hike potential each time the price on gas drops. GUBMINT always looking for another angle to take money for their cause. Last increased demand by China and other emrging powers will also influence the price.

Goldenpony

Obama will find some way to keep the price up, maybe even get it higher. I hope all the folkes that voted for him again are really happy. He said way back when he was fitst elected he wanted the price to be as high as it is in Europe. It's getting there.

This does not stop the president from finding a congessional member (house or senate) to sponsor his idea and bring it before congress to start the process. That's how Obamacare was introduced, and passed, yet giving Obama the credit for it. This is with reference to increasing prices from new or increased tax proposals.

While you grown ass balding men try and hang on to what youth you have left on a mustang forum. Bone hoping and wishing for a saturday off and the money to buy his dream stang, and Du who dreams of the day he can afford the fuel in a real mustang.

I know I could just not open the thread and mind my own, but you guys balls are too easy to bust.

Circle jerk continue...

Sista Bone and Krapmandu. What you fail to realize is that whether you pay 3.25 or 3.75, the "man" is still raping you. The only true way to beat them is to not drive.

Which is why I went from 1500 miles a week to under 600 miles for my courier routes for 1/2 the money and I can start working from home more plus maybe get out to race.

Still working Saturdays....
