I'm thinking of getting something bigger for the GT next year. I want a cam that works well with a stock short block and tw heads.

I made 619rwhp with a B cam, lol.

From the research I've done...anything more than a stock HO cam is not needed on a stock block. I'm putting together a stock explorer shortblock, stock HO cam, TW heads, Trickflow intake, and an AOD.

It should make anywhere from 430 to 500 depending on boost. I'm going to keep it around 450 and the rpms under 5800 to help the stock block.

The aftermarket block fund has been started...lol

I agree!!! I had a f-cam I was going to put in mine, but decided what a waste it would be at this point with my stock block. I made 540 rwhp with the stock one, and the driveability is awesome!!! I got a spare stock short block for the inevitable:D
