I need to have a door off an F150 painted. I know some of your guys paint on here. I dont have the paint code yet but I will be getting it soon. I need it to match the paint on the truck. If anyone is interested or knows a fair place let me know. Here's a pic of the door I picked up today. The truck its going on is like a pea green or something.

You can get the paint code, but it would be even better if you took something that's painted in your desired color over to KOI.... they can scan the paint with a scanner to get it spot on from what I've been told. I've never tried it yet.

Door looks pretty straight and should be easy to paint. Had I the space to do it, id do it real cheap.

Be best to blend it you won't get a color match panel painting it. You can get it close but you will be able to tell unless you blend

I took the gas door off my teal 93 cobra to have scanned to paint a cowl hood... Didn't match worth a crap. I wish I would have just got the paint code. Blending really is the only way to go but I couldnt do it to a car with all original paint that I planned to put the stock hood back on when I sold it.

I've not heard any reviews other than yours on that scan to match deal... but that would do it for me right there. Just figured it was an option. But thats why the paint shop can tint it one way or another if its not close, then as 91 boost said, blend it...
