I know this isnt a chevy buying group but I thought I would offer it up here. Its practilly new in and out condition wise. Very nice driving car too. Heres the c/l add. If you have a trade or offer let me know.


Very nice corvette. 99,xxx miles. Rare color. lt carmine red metallic. Automatic. Gray and black interior. Body and paint are in great shape. The inside is very nice too. The top is clear and the clear coat is coming off on one side. Has a clear title. Will also trade. Motorcycle, old muscle car, truck. Send pics and info. Always like the ford lightning.
Also I believe the previous owner hung a heavy key chain from the ignition which made it a little loose. The dual zone climate control does not always come on right away. You can either drive the car for a few minutes and it will come on or you can turn the car to the start position again and it will reset the system and it will come on that way. It works perfect but it does do this sometimes. Been that way for a while.

I love the car and it looks so nice but in reality I dont need 2 corvettes. I really dont see myself driving this over the 2006 I just got either.

It's a beautiful car and color. If it were a manual I would think it would be a bit easier to sell, but depending on your price it should go quickly in the shape it's in.

C/L jacks get the 13,500 price. I have turned down 11,500. Look where ever you want. There arent to many c5's for under 12,000 out there.

Wires on ignition module were loose. tighten them up and I believe I fix the climate control problem

I dont think custom bikes can go out of style. This one is huge though. That front tire is waaaay out there. Should be an interesting ride. lol

SNot saying they are but sure they can just like lowriders and bodykits have come and gone. Murdered out, hellaflush. Theyre all trends im sure the bike world has them as well

You prob have a point but I think the bike world is do what you want and if someone doesnt like it thats cool. Bikes to me have always been an expression of the owner and you can do what ever you feel to it. As far as im concerned chrome and a cool paint job and I like it. lol

^^Thats what matters. you like it. I myself wouldnt ride it but Im all over any early CBR 900. My bike friends make fun of me cause I still love those old tanks with paint schemes that scream 1990s:lol:

Near impossible to find a good clean unstunted one for reasonable. Been looking all winter. I regret selling the last one I had. It was spotless for a 95 and I damn near had to give it away.

Really. Things have changed in the last few years. Those used to be pretty easy to get a good deal on a decent one. Well Its prob been 5 years since I was flipping bikes... Those were good sellers and easy to make a few on too.

I think my standards are just too high. Ive been looking for a cream puff. there are decent ones out there but if Im going to ride an old outdated bike its going to be one that makes people say "damn, look how clean that old ass 900 is" and " Damn! did you see how long that dude could wheelie that old ass CBR!!!" Anyways enuff clutering up this thread. congrats on the trade. I give it two months before your trying to sell/trade the new bike:lol:

lol I am trying to buy things I could never afford before so I may keep them. I love the black vette and I have always wanted a custom bike. This bike was 42,xxx new. I remember watching them build these on tv. I just have to ride it and see what I think. Its a long bike and you cant even see the front tire... The 1800cc should keep it entertaining. If anything it will get attention.

I like the chopper look im a sucker for the custom built titans just to far out of my price range lol
