I had to give them props...
Like most of us we hate to take our cars to the service dept of dealerships.
Chad has a guy he goes to church with thats a service advisor up there..
The guy is named Jason Durbin and knows how to treat a customer...
He called me when they pulled it in, when they found the issue,when the parts arrived and when it was finished..
Good stuff, was nice to see some places still know how to treat a customer...
