Mustang gt 98

Anyone know where fuel pump relay is on 98 gt battery keeps going dead after setting hooked up battery charger and fuel pump comes on without keys in car after I start it and turn it of then it will stop any sugestions to try to fix problem

its in the passenger side fender. unhook the fuel pump back at the pump and turn the key on and off and you can hear it click

Changed fuel relay ( ccrm ) today and fuel pump still comes on randomly while car is sitting with keys not even in car any sugestions on what problem could be I'm not electrical genius I'm lost when it comes to electrical problems.
