Just did some suspension mods on Wasabi a.k.a. Mr Booger today (thanks Sean). 1"Front 1.25"Rear (Thanks firestang 70 again for the springs/struts). Also added the adjustable Panhard bar to center the body back up and installed a pair of matching BMR LCA's. Car rides much nicer, handles better, and has a subtle lowered look to it. Me likey subtle, unless we're talking paint color!

Q: Would there be need/benefit in relocation brackets for the LCA's for traction? After all the angle has flattened out 1.25" rear axle - body mounting point of the LCA after installing the springs. Cost is not a factor considering they only run 100-150 for a pair and can easily by installed. Just don't want ot bother with them if there is no need or benefit.

Single adjustable QA1 rear shocks will be the next big item along with a UCA. S197+ cars use a mono UCA setup for those wondering and didn't know.

Does it wheel hop ? I think the relo brackets are more for curing wheel hop on the newer stangs...

Nope no wheel hop...at least not with street tires on or off track. Just was thinking/reading that since the geometry on the LCA angle had changed that would effect weight transfer, and by re-establishing or even slightly increasing that angle would even improve transfer of weight over the stock angle for that occasional Friday night T/T opportunity.

I fought traction issues on my fox an I know relocating uppers to shorten my ic made huge difference. Car actually dead hooked dropping 6k dumps on a 9" slick. I'd def do it
