Tried to cut one with a sawzall and it laughed at me. Is a Dremel the best option? I can't get my angle grinder in there.

Port /polish tool with a sharp burr tool works for me

cutoff wheel, just a pain to get into it. I cut the coupe's out with the fenders off.
