I have a set of 17×9 and 17×10 that I need dipped and then powdercoated black 2 rims are factory stain finish and the other 2 are chrome that is peeling bad. Im looking for prices to do all that.. thanks

If you take the chrome ones to a chrome shop to be dechromed it would be $300 to coat all 4 black. You will have to have them dechromed before I would be able to do them
