Anyone know of any decent, central'ish apartments or houses for rent? I'm wanting to find a 2 bed apartment by 8/1 and I know a lot of you guys have good suggestions. My requirements are:
-2 bed
-1 bath
-Non smoking
-Garage
-$650 or under
-Central location. Areas I've been looking are Mt. Washington, Pleasant Ridge, Linwood, Silverton, etc
-I work in Finneytown and my babysitter is in Reading
I don't want to buy another place yet, so I'm going to rent for probably another year or until the lease is up at my house and I can sell. I really like the 4 apartment, apartment buildings with the garage out back or in the basement. Keep in mind this is just for my boy and I.
