Like the title said, I want my old car back! I traded it to a guy on the westside back in 2004.
It's a dark green 1997 Mustang GT. it's lowered with a 94-95 cobra spoiler, 96-98 cobra hood and Bullitt wheels. It had Florida tags when I had it. The exhaust had 4-1/2" tips. Anybody seen it?
If it hasn't been wrecked, I'd love to have it back. Help!

Unless there is some kinda crazy attachment to that particular car that car/color is a dime a dozen and cheap. I bet I've seen 5 of those pop up for sale in past month alone between Dayton,Cincy, and Cbus!! Just my 2 cents worth!!

I think this person is really Little Bo Peep in reality. It appears she has given up on sheep and stepped up to Mustangs but still has a problem keeping track of them. This one appears to have eluded her for 9 years now.

Hahahahahaha!!!!
In response to all:
My name is Scott, and back when I registered on this site, I was a Navy recruiter on the Westside of Cincy. I have since moved back to Florida, doing sales jobs. I just moved back into southern Ohio after being gone for 8 years.
I do have a particular attachment to that vehicle, since it was my first Mustang, and after 28 days of owning it, I was hanging upside down from the seatbelt on I-95. It was rebuilt, at the cost of $16k. I then owned for another 6 years throughout various modifications.
No, I no longer have the VIN, as almost everything I owned was lost in a hurricane in 2008.

Oh no, not a recruiter!!!! ARGH!!!!! OH well can't be your fault I did 8 years. You were still likely chasing girls in the school halls when I joined. Welcome aboard or rather welcome to the site, and from one squid to another...In all seriousness Thanks for your service.

If you happen to have the original sales contract when you bought the car you could find the VIN on that. often times people stash those and then forget about them never realizing that the VIN is on them. Been there, done that.

BTW what ocean did you chew on? Or were you black shoe recruiting it all your time in? I did all my time in San Diego aboard USS constellation CV-64 (put to sleep in 2003), and NAS Miramar. Those were real aircraft in those days. F-14 Tomcats ROCKED!!!!

I did 5 years in King's Bay, GA onboard USS West Virginia SSBN 736 (Blue Crew). Then 3 years of recruiting in Cincinnati. I got out after 8 years as well. I left as ET1(SS). If you were in prior to 1998, then guys like you made it easier for slackers like me, so thank you!

If you still use the same auto insurance company you could check with them to see if they have the vin on record somewhere in their system.
Any pics of it?

I still use progressive, but between the moves to Florida then back here, my policy number has changed 3 times. However, that's a good idea!
I have some pics before I lowered it that I can scan in.
