Do all Tremec TKO 600s take the same shifter? We put a Keisler TKO 600 in my uncles 69 Barracuda and the factory supplied shifter sucks! I want to get an him an MGW or something different for it but want to be sure the base plates and everything are the same. From looking online it appears they are , and also the 500s are the same....... Is this correct? Anybody have an opinion of what feels best with these transmissions? He really wants to make some passes in it this year to see how it runs but the crappy shifting has deterred him.
