I beleive this is a maintenance question so here goes, anyone have any tips or tricks to keep chrome looking new. Any info would help I would like to keep my new wheels as nice as possible, it doesn't get driven in the winter so salt and chemicals aren't a issue.

Never dull was a staple for polishing brass in the Navy. Great stuff. Requires some elbow grease but you can't beat it. For pitting I have heard Naval Jelly works. Never tried it or used it but it can be found a local hardware stores.
Generally speaking however as long as Chrome wheels are routinely washed and cleaned they should not dull or pit. Its whne your friendly male canine decides to piss on them that problems of that nature can begin. Of course quality of the chrome process weighs in to the factor as well. Chinese Chrome work will pit and sooner than later. Good chrome work (which is hard to find these days thanks to EPA) should hold the test of time if over good metal.
Keep them clean. The chrome wheels on my 94 Mark VIII never had a peal or chip issue. I kept them clean. Good luck.
