Krogers had a tasting this week with that beer being spotlighted. Wish I could have made it there.

Well, you guys had to twist my arm to try one. They have it here in Giant Eagle along with a few other varieties. I have to say not bad, it reminds me of Great Lakes Brewing Dortmunder Gold which happens to be one of my all time favs.

I won't say it's horrible, but there are MUCH better choices than Fat Tire out there, many of which are brewed here in Cincinnati (Madtree, Rivertown, Mt. Carmel, Blank Slate, 50 West, etc).

I'm more excited that Deschutes will begin shipping to Ohio towards the end of January.
