truck motor vs mustang motor?

Correct me please if I'm wrong. Truck motor roller block, flat tappet cam.? Mustang motor obviously roller. Just switch cam, wish bones, hold down webbing, dist gear and lifters and push rods. Do I have this correct?

I believe you are correct as long as it's the original engine from a '92.
