had to have my heads header bolt holes heli-coiled,and during this process they got into the water jackets, now i have a slight leak in a couple of the bolt holes, was wondering what if anything can be done to stop the flow.?
any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

I would put some sealer on the bolts .

Arp sealer just like you use on head bolts that go in the water jackets
Blue Permatex. Have to use it on every header bolt on my big block Mopar.

Permatex would work good and you'll likely never have a bolt back out again either.

pipe dope works good and helps keep the bolts from backing out.
