F150 rear gear change

I just finished putting a 4:10 in my 2007 F-150 crew. What do I need to do to make the speedo right? Does anyone have a hook up?

Dealer should b able too. They did mine for 4.56s an 35s for $60

Is this something that can be done with a programmer? I was tossing the idea around of getting one.

Great, still not all that impressed with the gear swap. Hopefully a programmed will help with some low end.
